Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all code and deliverables created during a paid engagement become the property of the client once payment is complete. We retain the right to reuse general, non-confidential components, patterns, or know-how in future projects.

Liability

We cannot accept liability for consequential loss, business interruption, or issues resulting from subsequent changes made by others. Work is provided “as is” within the agreed scope, timeframe, and budget.
